Clarification about the tag "Tanned"

Hi,

Firstly i'm not going to quibble about every suggestion you reject. But I would like to know what is intended with the tag "tanned". For me it's someone who's been browning themselves in the sun. You don't need tanlines to get "tanned", because you could've been tanned naked. 

This set here has a girl that is brown all over. I think if you were staying at a hotel and saw a variety of people next to the pool, then you would definitely described this girl as tanned. She has beautiful bronze skin all over.

So what are you really looking for in this tag? The opposite of "pale" which this lass clearly is. Or something else.
