I've always wondered what a femidom feels like (for the man I mean). I've worn a condom before and I like how it feels like a sleeve but I have no clue what a femidom would be like. I'm not even certain how they'd stay still inside. I imagine with tighter holes they wouldn't work at all.

Have you ever tried using a condom as a sleeve for masturbation, like a weird fleshlight? If you want I could give some ideas for that.

Okay, I have three ideas to give.

1: You'll need to stand up in a bath or shower for this one. You just need the condom for this. Unroll it fully and then fill it up with water from the tap, around 3/4 full. Standing up, insert your penis into it. Water will spill out. the tightness of the condom around the base is essential so perhaps use a smaller size or the better option which is to wrap an elastic band around it to stop it moving. Then masturbate as usual. The water will 'cushion' the strokes in a way. Most of the water will be beyond the tip of the penis (which itself feels nice) but a thin layer will wrap around the shaft. The feeling is unusual but nice. Additionally when you cum it'll float in the water and look cool.

2: For this you will need quite a bit of lube. When I do this I use one of the small packets. Depending on how you get your lube you may need to figure out a different solution. There are multiple ways of setting this up. The first option is to unroll a condom and turn it inside out. I have a dish (actually just the plastic lid of a cotton bud box) which I could pour the lube into. Rub it onto the condom either by using your hands or dunking it in the dish. Once it's done, invert the condom again. Use the remaining lube to coat your penis. The alternative method (which will work better with a bottle of lube) is to have the condom unrolled as much as you need it and then pour the lube in, then using your hands to squeeze some of it further towards the base. Once done, you are ready to insert your penis. The lube will make it very easy to stroke your penis with the condom; it'll glide over it and it's really hot.

3: This is a variation on 2. Cut off the top of the condom. This makes it like a double-ended stroker. What I like to do is have a receptacle of some sort to collect my cum.
