Hi there folks,
I was wondering how you all feel about the whole contributions,leader board and overall ratings system.
I'm on 41 points right now and I must admit I am determined to get on that first leaderboard page.
At this moment I am in the top half of page 2 which is cool.
It took me a few months of suggesting tags etc to go from mooching around in the bilges to where I am now..
Crazy isn't it ? Create some kind of scoring or rating system and those competitive juices start flowing as surely as Pavlov's dog salivating lol.
Does anyone pay any attention to it ?

I used to pay attention to it but a lot of my contributions are denied despite them largely being correct, and after that I was sort of disheartened and lost interest.

Yeah,there does seem to be a lack of consistency regarding what is acceptable and what's denied.
I've become inured to the idea that at least half of whatever I suggest is going to be denied out of principle.
Sometimes the entire lot are denied.
Suggesting a model profile photo appears to be wholly impossible to get accepted even when it absolutely confirms to the requirements as laid out 😳

I know they do, though I agree that suggesting profile photo can be difficult : sometimes no suitable pose can be found, or there are 2 models on the single gallery available, ...
Creating collections can be a good way to climb, as each like and favorite will earn you 1 point.
