I believe it means that galleries that have multiple models in them but don't have one or more of the models tagged can have those models suggested. So if a gallery had model 1 but two models were in it, you'd be able to send a suggestion for which model is #2. I'm not sure if it's limited at two models though, as there are many galleries with more than 2.

thats right.
and unfortunately its limited to two models. Thats a design flaw we started 10 years ago, and it would be a lot of work to fix it, but its on our agenda.

Everything is still going strong. The daily updates are coming in like clockwork, and behind we are working full steam on a major update.
There will be no little updates for another two months, and then we will launch the new site.

Great to hear - other than a redesign, what will the big update change? Are there new features? Removed ones? Hopefully some of the posts on the suggestions page have been taken into consideration.
