I want to use the search to look up galleries with multiple tags but it will only let me do 1 tag, example, if I search "shower" it works but if I search "Shower tattoo" nothing comes up

The search only matches the search query against the gallery title, and a predefined set of keywords and models.
You can search for galleries by using multiple tags by clicking the filter button at:
https://www.elitebabes.com/updates/sort/newest/
In your case
https://www.elitebabes.com/updates/sort/filter/ord/0/content/0/quality/0/tags/shower+tattoo/
This will give you all galleries tagged with shower and tattoo.
