So slowly

We have been switching our Content Delivery Network, and all our content is slowly being ingested. Unfortunately the site slowed down significantly during this process. Its almost finished now, loading times already improved.

Still very slow for me today. 

We got everything running smooth by Saturday, but on Sunday morning the CDN started hammering our server again. We are looking into it, and hopefully have it solved by the end of the day.

In the meantime, you can log out of your account, and access the site anonymously. That way you will access everything cached and dont even touch the server. Its blazing fast that way.

Still very slow,deleted cookies,cache etc tried different browsers,even when i log out of my account it is still very slow and some picture galleries dont load all pictures,any info or help is appreciated,thank you for your time and help.

When it rains it pours. As it turned out one of the hard drives failed right in the middle of migrating to the new CDN. Unfuckingbelievable bad luck. The drive has been replaced and is in raid recover right now. This slows down our server even more. I'll post an update when its done.

Is anyone else experiencing very slow down/uploads? I see this thread go back several months but since sometime in October the speed on this site has not been good. 

RE: We are working on it. @vertigo I know you are working on it and thank you for your work. My comment was meant not be critical, it was my observation that was a born out of frustration.

Unfortunately, this site became a nightmare. I hope this can be solved. 

One step forward, two steps back.

We are still working on the CDN, but in the meantime added a cache server to take off the heat of our main server. Everything is loading much quicker now, and should be getting better every hour.

Pls let me know if the site improved for you as well.
