I have checked my spam folder before you ask. Some email notifications for thread replies never arrive in my inbox, and it's the same for some subscription confirmation emails. For both, it quite weirdly doesn't affect everything. Some work just fine.

we updated the smtp email server today, now ALL the emails should arrive.
I'll keep an eye on this.
