Clicking the trending button on some pinboards displays blank pages

The trending pinboards sorting option comes back blank if no new pins have been added during the last two months.
Still, there should not be a button if there are no trending pins. We will work on this.

Pins can't be trending if they aren't new?

"Trending is a statistical detection of unusual growth in engagement, adjusted for time and context."
We measure this in amount of engagement for content added within the last 60 or 90 days. If no content has been added in that time frame, then there is no trending content. I f you take away the time frame you are left with just popular posts.

oh ok. it sounds like only active pinboards will have trending then. thx
