Hello, any way to request a higher resolution upload of some galleries?

If so, what's the process?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace old low-resolution galleries with high-resolution ones upon request. We do plan to replace all of them in the future, but there is currently no set timetable for this.
We have around 60,000 old galleries with low resolution, and replacing each image would be an enormous task, requiring thousands of hours of work.
While we already use AI to upscale some content with impressive results, I believe the technology will need another year or two to achieve perfect results. Once that point is reached we will upscale all old content.
