About Elite Babes

First of all, this isn't a suggestion - perhaps it would be good to have a 'general' forum for things like this, or just general conversation?

Anyway, what I wanted to say relates to the site itself. I was wondering about the history and people behind EB and since there isn't an 'About Us' page I'll have to ask here. Firstly, the site appears to have started in 2005. What drove you to start the site?

It's also really nice to see such an engaging team helping us with problems and taking feedback - you're doing a great job and it's clear you enjoy your working for EB. In that regard, is Elite Babes run through people working at home, or is there an 'Elite Babes HQ' somewhere? If so, where are you based?

I see some staff on the forums. Are you community managers (or equivalents) or do you more work behind the scenes? I see you mention the management team sometimes - how big is Elite Babes?

And finally, what do you think has been the best thing about Elite Babes? We've seen what the community thinks (quite positive reception from what I've seen), but what about from your point of view?
