There should be an about page so people can see information about me and other accounts. You should also be able to follow other accounts so you can see their content easily.

Every User has a User Page listing his/hers collections, galleries, models and awards.
You can see mine for example here:

Links to User Pages can be found in the forum, award page or on top of Collections.

Yes but I mean adding an about section to the user page so you can add bio information and the like. Also being able to follow other accounts so that they can show on the faves page without having to search for said user every time.

Adding a bio, and being able to follow other users is a great idea. That goes on our list!
