I love that we can favorite a model and like follow them. I know we all like some more than others so I feel like it would be nice to be able to like tag or star some models and just see them rather than go through all the models you follow and try to find them.

Good suggestion, we will keep this in mind. There is a feature coming out in the next weeks that will allow you to build your own collections. Maybe this will solve it. for you.
