Would it be possible to introduce a new feature where users can create collections of favourite individual photos from within EB galleries? We already have the ability to create collections of favourite EB galleries but the above would be a nice new feature!

Thats something to think about. Maybe we can add the option to create "pins" (like https://www.elitebabes.com/pins/sort/trending/) from content on the site, and then the pins can be added to favorites, or added to collections.
But thats a lot of coding to get right.

There's definitely room in the market to create a pick and choose paid membership model site along the lines of what EB offers *. What makes EB much more interesting viewing - than subscribing to an individual site - is the ability to look at content from a plethora of indivividual sites on one site. This together with a nice viewing format for visitors together with the fact that some of the best photos from any given set have been preselected for the visito to view. As a member of any given individual adult arotic photography website viewing is typically much less interesting and engaging imho.
* See sites like Hotmovies and AEBN for example which allow members to view/purchase adult content from different websites/studios. As far as I know there aren't any equivalents that focus on adult erotic photography.
