Many of the videos on this site are hosted on Xerotica and clicking on them links there, but some are on Elite Babes, which is confusing as the two sites have different features. Xerotica is better for watching videos only but Elite Babes is better for those wanting a complete 'catalogue' for each model, including photos and video. So is there a plan by the developers of the site to only use one? Preferably there'd be the ability to watch on both - perhaps the videos would link to Elite Babes but there would be a 'Watch on Xerotica' button to go that site.

We run xerotica strictly as a video site, and the tech behind it makes watching videos much better than on elitebabes. What we could do is, to link the videos you added to your favorites to the videos on elitebabes instead of xerotica, but in that case you could not watch the videos in high definition like on xerotica. I am not sure if thats the best solution.

I don't think that would be the best solution, even in writing it sounds a bit clunky. I still think my idea of a 'toggle' to go between the sites is the ideal solution, but as I don't develop this site you'll need to be the judge of how possible that is.
That said, a feature that would be really useful is parity between models on both sides. For example, Taissia A's Elite Babes profile doesn't have all of her Xerotica videos. And on Xerotica, if I find a model I like I'd need to manually search for her on Elite Babes, which can get annoying with models who use different names or have different appearances from shoot to shoot. It would be nice to be able to toggle between the model's Xerotica and Elite Babes pages. I could go into Taissia A's page on Xerotica and there would be a button that links to her profile on Elite Babes. Unfortunately it would need to be done manually, but like the tags it could perhaps become an ongoing project.

For the last 3 years we run elitebabes.com as the main site. That means that we add ALL picture and video content to elitebabes first. Then we add the videos to xerotica, where we can stream it in a much higher quality, and link those videos from elitebabes to xerotica. That means that you should find all new content on elitebabes. Xerotica should not have any videos that aren't also available on elitebabes. (except content that is older than 3 years).
We recently aligned the model index at xerotica with the model index of elitebabes, but are still in the process of assigning videos to the correct models.
Linking the model pages of both sites is a good idea. We might add that as a future feature.
