i do everything on dezgo.com
works amazingly well. only the resolution could be higher.
my settings there:
model: AbsoluteReality (realistic)
Resolution: portrait
guidance: 7
sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras
for the negative prompts I just add hairy vagina, big titts, big boobs,

i try a lot of different prompts. depending on what's on my mind 😀
