We've had a few ideas for games and challenges popping up in the forums here, which I shall list now.
- Guess the boob game - Picture of breasts without the face of the person they belong to, people have to guess whose they are.
- Best model game - Two models, and people have to vote which one they prefer, with the winning model moving onto the next round. I actually implemented this on the defunct Elite Babes Discord server but since I have effectively shut it down the game is no longer being updated.
- Masturbating the most times in a day - This was a challenge rather than a game, where we had to see how many times we could finish in a day. We have played one round of this, but I want a rematch at one point.
- Dick pics - there were suggestions (it didn't actually happen) of users here sending their dick pics in for comparison. Some people were on the fence and some against taking part, but it could be worth looking at.
Unfortunately this forum's community is generally not consistent, with members coming and going all the time. In fact I believe I am probably the most consistent member outside of staff, so we probably won't get that many people getting involved in games unless the community grows. Hopefully some more promotion of the forums will help with that.
Does anybody else have game or challenge ideas? Or are there any I missed?

Ah yeah. Would you rather challenges (which would be one-off things designed to have as many people as possible from the community engaging in it on the day) or games, which would be continuous but smaller?

For me the challenges are more exciting - I love planning events (even if they don't go well) and making everything work is very enjoyable for me. I would love to run a big event on here. Games are also fun but they're more tedious to run and people will lose interest in them after a while like what happened with my Discord server and almost every game on the forums. It doesn't help that the forum software isn't suited to events and games. Ironically Discord would be good for events (which is why I haven't deleted the server yet) but for both games and challenges the biggest issue is what they would actually be.
With other things it's much easier to come up with community events. In a racing game like Gran Turismo you can run a race series online or a time trial challenge where people send in their best times. If you're on a Facebook group for baking you'd do a decoration competition or maybe meet up to see who has baked the best cake. With games here they only really make sense if they are sexual in some way and on a forum or a Discord server our options are quite limited for both games and events when it comes to their scope and management.
For example, two events that were suggested were masturbating as many times as possible in a day and sending in dick pics. For the latter, it isn't really a competition so it can be asked whether there is any point having an event for that - if people are that desperate to send in dick pics a thread is much easier. For the former, this is something that we actually did but not on a large scale. The issue was that people would have to devote an entire day to it and if we had a large crowd of people taking part they'd be the issue of making sure nobody was lying and how I'd have to juggle competing in the challenge and moderating it.
Then there's the issue of the people we are. We're generally single men, but some are in relationships but may be going on here in secret. Therefore, what is likely the majority of people who'd take part in a challenge would be limited to certain types of challenge, which not everybody would be into anyway.

Perhaps the best sort of game or challenge would be one that is 'live' - by which I mean it doesn't need to be set up and doesn't happen in one moment, it is constant.
I don't know if that made any sense, so effectively what I am suggesting is a game that doesn't need anyone to run and people can contribute to at any time. Like my model review thread but as a game.
