We added the random feature to collections, tags, channels, but not yet to the author page. The reason is that the random feature takes an insane amount of resources. We can cache the random pages for a tag page for example, but not for every users custom random page. If you had for example 100 models as favorites, then it would take those 100 models, and query them 100 times through our entire database for matching galleries. What we could do is a custom random page for your favorite galleries. I can put this on my list and add it with the next update.
