[Solved] Opinions on Galleries (And Other Suggestions)

I know there have been loads of suggestions to have comments on galleries before, but this is slightly different. I sort of stole the idea from Genius Lyrics, and I think it could be adapted for use here, even if it's not a major feature. My idea is that on galleries, users would be able to add opinions/descriptions/analysis/criticism/praise to the page, rather like how on Genius, people talk about the song in its description, often giving an overview of the song and its backstory. For example, on the page for All I Want by LCD Soundsystem, the description says...

“All I Want is James Murphy’s take on David Bowie’s famous track “Heroes”, from which it draws a similar chord progression, guitar riff, and melody. Murphy worked with Bowie on his last album, Blackstar. In his review of the song for Pitchfork, Ryan Dombal declares it “the ultimate tribute” to Bowie and “finer than a million covers.”

...which describes the song and has some opinions on it. This may seem confusing to some, so I'll give examples of what I mean below.

For Sentralstasjon by Zishy, with Alisa I:

"Zishy is well known for being much more natural feeling than other studios, and Sentralstasjon is a great example of this. It follows Alisa I/Jessica Albanka (who looks stunning in this set, in her small green crop top and blue jeans) back to her apartment, where she finally strips to every anticipated viewer. This realistic set is one of my favourites with Alisa I, although I do think that on Elite Babes there's not enough build up to her being fully naked - but that's just me."

For Top Mesh by Metart, also with Alisa I:

"Alisa I is the most popular model on Elite Babes, and I can see why. Everything about her is superb - her sweet but defined face beautifully compliments her large breasts and butt, both of which are portrayed here great. That said, I have noticed Alisa I wears a lot more makeup than she used to, and to some that could be a downgrade. As for me, I don't mind it at all. It certainly doesn't affect Top Mesh..."

For Aquamarine by MPL, with Sienna:

"Sienna is without a doubt one of the most beautiful models I've ever seen. Her amazing face and eyes are complimented in Aquamarine by a nice necklace and a very nice location - overall, everything in this gallery work together to make something that makes me feel incredibly disappointed that she seemingly disappeared off the face of the Earth. One can hope she comes back, but for now, we'll just have to enjoy what we have here."

For The Color Of Spring by MPL, with Chanel Fenn:

"One of the things that draws me to Chanel Fenn, currently #11 on the list of top models on Elite Babes, is her cute body, which works incredibly well with her short blonde hair and pretty face. And no set shows why I like her more (in my opinion) than The Colour of Spring. Her clothes - not that she has them on for long - give her an innocence, albeit one that is annihilated later on. As she takes her clothes off, her youthful body is revealed - and what a body it is. She may be #11 on Elite Babes' list, but for me she's #1."

And finally, for Bon Voyage by Showy Beauty, also with Chanel Fenn:

"Chanel Fenn's looks match perfectly with the Art Deco-esque clothes she temporarily wears in Bon Voyage. The name of this gallery give a sense of grandeur reminiscent of the Jet Set age of yesteryear, and that beautiful time is shown by Chanel Fenn's beautiful body. But that's not all - her playful nature in this gallery make me love it even more. It's almost like she's about to set off on a grand voyage, but has a little time to play around. I'd also like to make a special note of her headband, which I think is a really nice touch."

I reckon this feature could be done in one of two ways:

1. Allow anybody to write what they want on each gallery, which would be easier and would allow for multiple people to give their views. However, it could be an issue for spam if it isn't regulated properly.
2. Only allow designated writers (a role I nominate myself for) to write. This would limit the amount of posts made, but they would be of higher quality. I know of a lot of galleries I want to talk about, but don't have the opportunity to.

I also have some other suggestions:

I believe in a past suggestions thread I suggested having a news section (although it may be better for it to go by another name). I think it would be worth detailing what would actually go in it. Most importantly is actual news for Elite Babes. News isn't often given here and a bit of extra transparency would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps there could be a monthly or biweekly roadmap that shows what's being planned for Elite Babes. Second priority could be a summary of new galleries on the site (there couldn't be one for every new gallery since so many new ones are added each day), perhaps with views on them as per above. Maybe the writer (again, I nominate myself :D) could pick five of the latest arrivals and talk about them. Less important could be 'Throwback Thursdays', where the writer(s) look at older sets; staff picks (which I believe were added to the site but I can't find); and, albeit unlikely to happen, interviews with models and/or photographers. Anyway, since these are all suggestions you could do whatever you want.

Another suggestion (albeit one that has probably already been suggested) is the ability for the community to add tags to galleries and/or models. Currently, there is a huge backlog of galleries which have no tags, making them hard to find. The ability for users to add them could speed up the process. In the event a user picks an incorrect tag, there should be a function to flag them for review by moderators. I believe it has already been mentioned by staff, but setting tags on the model would be more efficient than on individual galleries.
